We do not collect, see, or store your card or bank details — that information is handled directly by Stripe under its own privacy and security terms. We only receive confirmation of payment and the contact details Stripe provides for fulfilling your order.

2. Sensitive Information

Health and fitness-related information you share with us during intake and coaching is treated as sensitive and is used only to design, deliver, and adjust your coaching Protocol.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to design and deliver your protocol, communicate with you about your program and check-ins, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Contact Form

Our contact form opens your email application and sends your message directly to our inbox via your own email provider. We do not operate a separate server-side database of form submissions.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, including health and fitness information. We share it only with Stripe, to process payment; where required by law; or in connection with a business transfer.

We keep personal and health-related information only as long as necessary to deliver your Protocol and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
