By accessing this website or purchasing a protocol from us, you ("you," "your," or "client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

1. Who We Are and What We Provide

Dimeek Brands provides online fitness and lifestyle coaching, including personalized training programs, nutrition and macro guidance, and lifestyle protocols (such as sunlight exposure, microplastic reduction, and micronutrient strategy), delivered through our Foundation and Elite protocols (each, a "Protocol").

2. Eligibility and Health Disclaimer

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll. Our coaching is not medical advice. You should consult a physician before beginning any new exercise, nutrition, or lifestyle program, particularly if you have any pre-existing health condition, injury, or concern. Dimeek Brands is not a substitute for medical, dietetic, or other licensed professional care.

3. Protocols and One-Time Fees

Our Protocols are sold as one-time fees covering the program duration described at checkout. They are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew.

4. Payment Processing

Payments for our Protocols are processed by Stripe. When you complete checkout, you are directed to a secure, Stripe-hosted payment page. We do not collect or store your card details — that information is handled entirely by Stripe under its own terms and privacy practices. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service for the transaction.

5. Client Responsibilities

To get the most from your Protocol, we rely on you to provide accurate information during intake, communicate honestly during check-ins, follow your program as designed, and seek appropriate medical attention for any injury or health issue that arises.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle outcomes vary significantly between individuals. We do not guarantee any specific weight, strength, body composition, or health outcome.

8. Lifestyle Guidance Disclaimer

Guidance related to sunlight exposure, microplastic reduction, and micronutrient strategy is offered as general lifestyle education. It is not medical, dietetic, or scientific advice, and should not replace guidance from a licensed physician or registered dietitian.

9. Intellectual Property

All program materials, templates, and content we provide are the property of Dimeek Brands and are for your personal use only.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dimeek Brands will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for injury, loss, or damages of any kind arising from your participation in a Protocol. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Protocol giving rise to the claim.

12. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risk of injury, and you voluntarily assume that risk in choosing to participate in any Protocol.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina.
